Hey Rose! I've got a couple of great locations lined up for you next week, but one I think you'll really love if you want to come take a look on Friday? It's central and in a great family-owned building. Lots of light like you requested but also a pretty blank slate. It's not on the market YET, but I can get you in to speak with the owners and sign a lease before it does if you love it. Then we can get you in there I think the first of September, perhaps earlier depending on how quickly the turnover will be with the prior tenants. Anyway, give me a call back and we'll go from there.
